Trauma Aware Training is relevant  for the whole community. These skills help us all contribute to a calmer, more connected, considerate and caring community, workplace and home life.

Trauma Aware Training is for anyone who works, or lives with adults who may have experienced trauma, stress, grief, anxiety and struggling to cope.

Trauma Aware Training is open to health and wellbeing practitioners, yoga teachers, body workers, teachers, community service workers, and volunteers.

Everyone who works with people is welcome.

No prerequisites.

Training Day Information

Sydney times (AEDT)

Training includes 2 sessions via Zoom

21 March 2023 @6.45pm – 8.15pm and
28 March 2023 @6.45pm – 8.15pm

6.35pm check in for any tech issues

6.45pm AEDT training commences promptly

8.15pm Q&A 15 minutes

8.30pm Close

Interactive training format with slides, break out rooms, workshop, discussions, reflections, and activities. There will be no recording. We promote safety and inclusivity.  No one is pressured to speak or share, your privacy will be respected. Attendees will receive resources, research, quotes, websites, book list, referral lists and certificates of attendance.
