Trauma Aware Training is relevant for the whole community. The information and skills you will learn help us all contribute to a calmer, more connected, considerate and caring community, workplace and home life.
Join with the Team Tranquillo: Jane Macnaught, Rebekah Russell and Penny Lucas as we take you through the 3 hour training. Understand the principals of trauma aware care and practice and how to apply them. Learn to recognise trauma symptoms and indicators in yourself /your people and explore strategies for responding and recovery pathways.
Trauma Aware Training is for all learners.
If you work or live with someone who has experienced trauma, stress, grief, anxiety and loss this training will help you support them. We provide a tool kit of helpful ideas and resources.
Health and wellbeing practitioners, yoga teachers, body workers, teachers, community service workers, and volunteers have all completed this training in the past. More referrals welcome. #highlyrecommended #thankyou

Interactive training format with slides, break out rooms, workshop, discussions, reflections, and activities. We promote safety and inclusivity. No one is pressured to speak or share, your privacy will be respected. Attendees will receive resources, research, quotes, websites, book list, referral lists and certificates of attendance.
