An intimate micro app for when you need a soothing, calming moment. The app is an uninterrupted space where you can slow down, soften and feel supported. 

Initially created to connect with Tranquillo Place clients; current, past and future counselling clients, yoga students, colleagues, friends and family.

The audios library contains recordings that I created with my musical son. You will find gifts of mindfulness, relaxation and micro yoga practices. When you have time, explore the other pages, all created to support you to pause.

We all need support with slowing down. To help you, I created this little app.

The content is especially helpful if you experience overwhelm, anxiety, stress, or maybe feeling disconnected, shut down or/and exhaustion.

Take your time to explore what you like and mark your ‘favourites’ so you can find them again easily. 

Trauma sensitive principles have been considered throughout the creative process. I hope that over time as you explore what is already here again and the new content as it arrives you will expand your experiences and preferences.
