Soothing yoga session designed to calm your nervous system and help manage symptoms of anxiety, stress, and support trauma recovery. If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga but the idea of attending a yoga class /studio is challenging for whatever reason then private sessions may suit you. Or you may simply want to bathe in a calming session by yourself with a supportive teacher/facilitator.
