An invitation to share a grief conversation in a warm and supportive setting with our experienced team.
Have you ever agonised over what to say, how to best support someone who has just experienced a major loss?
Would you like to know more about supporting a grieving one? When the pain is unfixable what can we do? say? offer? How do we approach the business of death, what meaningful preparations could you focus on at this time?
So often people who are grieving feel terribly misunderstood and unsupported even by those closest to them. What if the loss is not a person rather a pet, a house, a job, a country – something that is hard for others to understand. Or they live with losses experienced with illness, chronic pain or disabilities.
Fixing the problem, saying that ‘this will soon pass’, ‘everything happens for a reason’ etc. is not really helpful. So what to say / do?
Join the Tranquillo Team in this conversation that navigates grief, change, death, dying and all the losses we face at some time. There will be an opportunity for questions, discussions and ideas to be shared in the space created at beautiful Tranquillo Place.
This is not a grief support group, our goal is to guide and support conversations on issues that surround the experience of loss.
Hosted by the Tranquillo team who share their own experiences in loving, supporting, companioning, thinking, and their expertise in grief, death, dying, loss, and counselling. And we want to hear about your experiences too.
